Do you have a set delivery charge?

We currently do not offer a set delivery charge as each one of our products is very different in weight and size.

 
Where do you deliver?

United Kingdom

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Europe

Returns & Refunds
 

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item please write to us first using the contact form found on the contact us page. State which item you would like to return and why.

 

If the item is still in new and un-used condition then please send the goods to 'Nimonic Specialist Welders, Unit 10a/b Restormel Industrial Estate, Liddicoat Road, Lostwithiel, Cornwall, PL22 0HG, United Kingdom' within 14 days of receipt.

 

Items that have been fixed to a wall cannot be returned.

 

When sending the goods back to us please obtain the proof of postage/receipt. We advise sending the goods via a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

How long do I have to return an item?

Please return the item to us in new, un-used condition within 14 days of the date shown on your delivery note. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging when possible and do not remove any labels or tags.


 

Do you have pre paid returns?

We currently do not have pre-paid returns. 

How long until I receive a refund?

Once we receive the returned goods in new and un-used condition we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) within 4-5 working days.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund please email us via our contact page advising us of your invoice number (found on the invoice inside the received parcel), along with the name of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.

 

Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in ‘how do I return an item?’

 

We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
